End User License Agreement (EULA)

How you’re allowed to use the Viner app on your devices.

📱

1. What this EULA covers

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) applies to your use of the Viner mobile app and any downloadable software or code that we provide to you as part of Viner (collectively, the “App”). It explains what you can and cannot do with the App itself, which is separate from what you may do on the Viner website.

By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the App and stop using it.

✅

2. License to use the App

As long as you follow this EULA and the Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the App on a device you own or control.
  • Use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • Access your Viner account and view content made available through the App.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by us and our licensors.

🚫

3. Restrictions and prohibited uses

You agree that you will not, and will not allow anyone else to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the App (unless applicable law gives you a specific right to do this).
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App or any copy of it.
  • Use the App to develop a competing product or service.
  • Bypass or attempt to defeat any security or technical measures we use to protect the App or our servers.
  • Use the App in a way that violates the Terms of Use or any applicable law.
🎨

4. Ownership of the App

The App, including all software, graphics, user interface elements, and related intellectual property, is owned by Reeseify or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the App or its code.

The Viner name, logo, and related branding may not be used without our permission, except as allowed by applicable law (for example, fair use or other similar doctrines).

🔄

5. Updates and changes to the App

We may provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App from time to time. These updates may fix bugs, improve performance, or introduce or remove features.

Unless an update is accompanied by separate terms, this EULA will apply to the updated App. Some updates may be installed automatically, and others may require you to download them manually from a store or website where the App is distributed.

⛔

6. Ending this license

You can end this EULA at any time by uninstalling the App from your devices. If you also wish to close your Viner account or delete your account data, you can request deletion from your account settings or directly at:
https://viner.co/my/account/delete

We may suspend or end this EULA, or disable all or part of the App, if we believe you have seriously or repeatedly violated this EULA or the Terms of Use, or if we decide to stop offering the App entirely.

⚙️

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make promises or guarantees about the performance, reliability, or availability of the App and do not guarantee that it will be error-free.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App. If the law where you live does not allow some parts of this section, then we will follow the minimum protections required in your region.

This EULA is intended as a general explanation of your rights to use the App. It does not replace any legal advice you might receive from a qualified professional.
