1. Who Viner is for
Viner is designed mainly for teens and adults who want to explore short-form video content and the history of Vine. Some content may include fast humor, mild strong language, or themes that are more suitable for older audiences.

2. Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to use Viner. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should only use Viner with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If we become aware that someone under 13 has created an account, or that required parental permission was not obtained, we may limit or remove that account.
3. Information for parents and guardians
Viner includes user-generated content and historical archive content. While explicit sexual content and extreme violence are not allowed under our Community Guidelines, we cannot manually review every clip before it appears.
If you are a parent or guardian and you have questions or concerns about a young person’s use of Viner, you can contact safety@viner.co or support@viner.co for help with account and content issues.
4. Reporting content that may not be suitable
Anyone can report content that appears to be inappropriate for younger users or that seems to break our Guidelines. Please follow the instructions on the Safety page to send a clear report.
